Winter Holiday- Spain

Assalamualaikum everybody.

Now i'm packing up for our Spain trip. It will be 8 of us. 3 are seniors from final year, and 4 of my batchmates and me. We're going to the airport 5am in the morning tomorrow. Our flight will be at 9.30am. We'll transit in Rome for 4 hours and continue to Madrid. Our trip ends in Barcelona at 31st Jan. We'll also drop by Lisbon, Portugal.

I'm actually kinda nervous because it's my first time independent travelling. Tu pon tiket2 and accomodation kakak2 yg arrange. Sbb selama ni biasa pergi ngn family or if ngn kawan2 pon with travel agent. So yeah, nervous okey. but i pray that everything we'll be just fine and if ade sedikit halangan mungkin Allah nk test, semoga kami dapat lalui dgn tenang dan baik. amin ya Rabb.

And if ade internet access, insya Allah i'll update from time to time thru my twitter. Sape nk join my journey boleh la follow. hee

Hari ni fatin nk share a very amazing video on a conference held in Toronto- Revive Islamic Spirit. This conference meets 10th year anniversary this coming December. This video really gives me goosebumps, seeing people revert on stage,it's a boost of faith. Masya Allah how lucky i am if i got the chance to attend this event. This conference is actually organized by the youth and attended by many young people. This is an amazing youth initiative. Here's the video.

This next video is the latest conference held in Los Angeles,the 9th RIS.

Just a short update.

Setelah 3 minggu bercuti, finally i get the chance to meet my CHOCOLATES! yeay! hihi tapi Ili Liyana je tade sebab she's in London studying. hmm~ but we did skype her when we had a sleepover at my house. hee

First on Thursday,me,anis,qifok n sumaiya went to UiTM Shah Alam to meet Hazira coz she couldn't join the sleepover during the weekend. Jumpa jugak Yana n lain2 from PC dulu.hihi

So konon la UiTM student jap ;)

Then, weekend Faiqah sampai from UTP and we had a sleepover at my house. Nabilah Aziz pon ade sekali! :O nape terkejut? sbb susah tau nk jumpa this pretty girl but then she managed to join the sleepover! wee~

Assalamualaikum semua~ lamanyeee fatin tak update. hmm ingat nk update pasal spend time ngn family in Penang but then my brother akif pegang the DSLR. So tak dapat nk upload gmbar2.
Why is the title like that? Ouh, apa rancangan di tv3 yg sinonim dgn bulan Ramadhan? yup! Jejak Rasul :) Tahun ni Jejak Rasul menjejaki Legasi Muhammad SAW di Eropah Timur (Moscow,Tatarstan,Dagestan,Chechnya, Ukraine). I'm sure not many people know about the population of Muslims at that side of the world. VERY INTERESTING!
Last thursday was the official launching and i went there. Gambar di atas tu, me and my mom and daddy. Watch mama in the first 10 episodes (Moscow and Ukraine)
Jadi jgn lupa ye saksikan Jejak Rasul 17 setiap Isnin hingga Jumaat 6.30ptg di Tv3 yg juga akan disiarkan di Brunei dan Indonesia. (psst~ me n my frens pon ade la sikit2 menyelit.hihi and ingat yg post rakaman raya tu? ha tu pn ade tp time episod raya la kot.hee)

Okie that's all about Jejak Rasul. And i wanna share something. I've done with P! hihi n this is my new license.

tapi daddy ckp "Lesen Memandu tetapi Tidak Memandu" haha.fatin mmg jarang r drive kn. bila blk cuti je la ade peluang but then tu pon jarang jugak. cm penakut sikit r.bukan ape,maybe sbb fatin ni jenis tak tau jalan sgt.hihi
FINE! semangat nk drive,tak kesah la teruk ke tp at least blaja,practice. kan3? :)

Sabtu lepas we moved in to our new house! angkut barang je. naik cuti nnt baru masuk rumah tu. skg still tdo uma lama.

Naik lori! :D haha. rase cm grown up sgt pindah2 rumah sendiri. hihi

Kami mendapat bantuan drpd rakan-rakan kami yg SANGAT ringan tulang. terima kasih korg! saaaayang korg! :)

anyonyo~ kesian ain. sbb seat dlm lori tu ade 2 je. so aten and afiah yg naik. ain gerak ngn jejaka2 idaman kt blkg tu. hee

Ni da smpai uma baru! This house is spacious! me likeyy! n more reasonable than our current house

one of the rooms. total ade 3 rooms termasuk living room. haezel is playing piano!

tu afiah excited nk masuk toilet. yg hujung tu pulak dapur :)

inilah mereka-mereka yg membantu! :D ♥

Then after selesai pindah, we went to ahla n frens house. Diorg pon baru pindah, so diorg buat doa selamat,nisfu sya'ban n makan2. seronok!

The next day pulak, me n ain went to sign the contract for our new house. Afiah tak ikot sbb dye nak blk dah. And after that ktorg jalan2 kt Arbat Street n makan DUNKIN DONUTS! comel gila interior kedai tu. hee nyum3!

Okey! that's all for today. tomorrow is the day! going to the airport petang coz our flight midnight. doakan kami selamat smpai ye? amin~

Well, since i was born people tend to say that my face resembles my dad's. n mama will get jealous. kn ma? hihi tp yg xley bla, i kinda prefer org ckp muka cm mama. sbb mama kn famous~ LOL (i know)

But penah dgr tak, kalau a daughter resembles her dad- sejuk je mata memandang. tu lah ayat org kalau diorg ckp muka i cm daddy. hee poor daddy! i love you lah. tu mase kecik2. skg da tak kesa la muka sape asalkan ade muke cm mama or daddy. hehe

U know my first word was 'Bapak!'. (sorry ma.hehe) so yeah~

My favourite words from my daddy. Mase tu mmg tgh sedih gila ah then he said:

"Bapak actually tak encourage pon my kids get into a relationship, muda lg but u know how teenagers are. so i prefer not to masuk campur. just go with the flow. I want u to discover on ur own how LIFE goes. Now u know. But it's ok. It's like u failed in a subject in ur studies. still kena continue study kn? berusaha lg. but this one is u failed one of the subjects in LIFE. u still have to move on"

DIARI SAHABAT

Assalamualaikum :)

Hari ni fatin nak cerita tentang adik fatin yg paling bongsu. I'm very blessed because she already started wearing hijab, alhamdulillah~ semoga kekal insya Allah. hee

During this school holidays, she and some of her schoolmates had a few shootings for a brand new kids' show called 'Diari Sahabat'. In this show, they themselves tell stories during the Prophet's time..biasa kn host yg cerita. ha interesting kan?

Well, cmne dye dpt masuk? There was an audition and kids representing their schools took part in the audition. So, alya and another 3 of her friends was chosen to represent their school which was my school too! hee (SK Jalan 3! wee~)

I watched them during the audition n they were so good! Their story was about Puteri Balqis and Nabi Sulaiman. They even recite verses from the Quran. Masha Allah. These kids are amazing. And they made it! hee

TRIP TO THE ORPHANAGE

Apa khabar semua? fatin skg tgh busy nak final dah. so byk lah tests kan. xpe2, bersusah-susah dahulu, bersenang-senang kemudian~ 20 july balik! oyeah2~

So today i'll talk about my trip to the orphanage yesterday. The kids here range from 4-18 years old. The journey took us 4 hours by bus from Moscow. Nama tempat ni, Kalyazin, out from Moscow. This trip was organised by our student body (Sechenov Malaysian Students Association) and sponsored by a travel agent here, Al-Amin which we Malaysian students mmg selalu lah beli flight ticket kt situ.

( i like to talk to Damiya.she's pretty much alive to me.hihi) :( hmm..but u know what they say, "bila nak bg present to someone, give something that u like" :)

Nothing much on this post. We just finished biochem class and we decided to eat ice cream. Tapi makan dalam metro tak best, so ktorg lepak2 dgr org nyanyi n playing guitar. Best! Well, he actually perform for a living. That's good kan? drpd mengemis kan.

Assalamualaikum~

Hari ni fatin nk cite pasal my mama! ^.^

Setelah menunggu selama 5 tahun, Mama sangat seronok dan bersyukur apabila beliau disahkan mengandung. Anak sulung mama and daddy. Cucu sulung Tok Yed and Tok Umi. Alhamdulillah~

Seperti bakal-bakal ibu lain yg sedang mengandung, Mama pergi buat medical check up dan semakin hari semakin sihat baby dlm kandungannya. Doktor juga memberitahu Mama bahawa anak itu merupakan anak lelaki! 99%! Mama dan daddy pon bersiap sedia utk menyambut kelahiran anak lelaki sulung mereka. Semua accessories, baju dll semua warna biru! anak lelaki kaan..hee

Mama tidak jemu membaca Al-Quran, Surah Maryam, Surah Yusuf. Surah-surah lazim yg dibaca oleh wanita-wanita mengandung supaya anak yg dilahirkan nnt sihat, bijak, baik. Insya Allah~

Makanan pon mama jaga. Mama suka sgt makan sayur bayam, soya beans, chapati, pickles, mee bandung masa mengandungkan anak itu dan macam2 lg kot. Daddy yg sabar pon ikot je la kan. hihi

Dua bulan sebelum due date, Tok Yed, Walid Mama kembali ke rahmatullah. Tak dapat lah cucu sulung beliau berjumpa dgn atuknya. Mama yg sarat mengandung sangat sedih dgn pemergian bapanya yg tercinta tp apakan daya, Allah lebih menyayanginya.

11 Disember 1991. Subang Jaya Medical Centre. Mama dibawa masuk ke dalam operation theater. Lama sgt mama bertarung nyawa utk melahirkan anak sulungnya. Daddy setia menunggu Mama walaupun hatinya berat melihat Mama dalam kesakitan.Terdapat komplikasi berlaku. Doktor menenangkan Mama. Bayi itu terpaksa dikeluarkan menggunakan vacuum. Mama terus berusaha.

12 Disember 1991. Dalam pukul 2 pg, terdengar tangisan seorang bayi. Doktor tersenyum melihat bayi itu dan memberitahu mama 'Ezzah, it's a girl! She looks like her Daddy.' Dlm hati mama, 'jgn lah ckp cmtu doctor, penat i mengandung, keluar2 mcm Daddy' (hihi) Mama tersenyum lebar lantas mengambil anak sulungnya dan menatap dgn penuh kasih sayang. Hilang rasa penat dan sakit yg dialami selama berjam-jam sebelum ini.

Daddy mengazankan anak sulungnya. Syukur Alhamdulillah, Allah telah mengurniakan mereka cahaya mata. Mama tidak dapat menggambarkan betapa gembiranya dan bersyukurnya beliau pada saat itu. Hanya Allah yg tahu isi hatinya.

Dengan itu, anak sulung Ezzah dan Ahmad Rezal diberi nama Fatin Rezal binti Ahmad Rezal.

Semua org tanya kenapa dua kali Rezal? Mama ckp sbb Daddy nk org tau jugak,nak stresskan tu anak dye sbb semua org kenal Mama, mesti semua org ckp 'anak Ezzah'. hihi comel kan mama n daddy saya?

Sebak fatin menulis post ni. Fatin dapat bayangkan time dlm operation theater tu. Masya Allah~

Terima kasih Mama melahirkan fatin ke dunia ni, taking good care of me, work hard for me, giving supports and strength through my life, being so patience. I don't know ma. There's too many things that u did for me. Only Allah can repay you. I'll try my best to be a good daughter and also insan yg berguna kepada agama, bangsa dan negara.

I love you Mama! I love you Daddy! May Allah bless u both forever and always~ amin.. (:

So this week cm biase we had PE class and usually time winter en main dlm gym, inddor je sbb sejuk sgt kn. Now our activities have changed! wee~

We played frisbee! but fatin tak main pon. haha but i played soccer! woah kn? hehe ala, tak lama sgt pon main coz serius PENAT gila main lari2 kejar bola kt padang walaupun ktorg tade la main saiz padang yg betul2 kn. lagi gila nnt. haha

Then summer holidays! tp kena buat practical kt sini dulu.hmm but then, Kementerian Kesihatan still tgh decide whether we can do it in Malaysia tak, sbb kt sini cm student x dpt peluang sgt nk sentuh patient. Dah tu, susah la kn practical x bole nk pegang patient. hmm cmtu la.

TIADA YANG SIA-SIA

It's been kinda tough week for me. Had some heart and emotional issues but then as days passed by i learned how to be grateful.

There was soo much HATE involved. I feel like 'Menyesal3! Kalau lah....bla bla bla' faham kn? cm mengungkit kisah lama. but then i read a note in fb saying that:

Kita takkan pernah bertemu dengan orang yang salah.

Takkan.

Kerana Allah telah menakdirkan setiap saat dan inci dalam kehidupan kita.

Setiap takdir itu merupakan satu ketetapan Allah buat kita, merupakan sesuatu yang terbaik buat kita.

Dan setiap manusia yang kita temui itu, tentu memberikan makna sesuatu pada kita.

Walaupun banyaknya kejengkelan hati kita pada dia.

Namun, tentu sebenarnya mereka yang 'salah' itu sendiri banyak mengajar kita: 'akan kekurangan diri kita sendiri.'

Bukankah seorang musuh itu terkadang lebih jujur daripada seorang sahabat sejati, yang dipetik dari kata-kata hikmah Arab.

Setiap jodoh dan pertemuan tentunya telah ditetapkan oleh Allah,

Untuk kita belajar sesuatu darinya.

Allah itu pasti menetapkan sesuatu yang terbaik buat kita, jika kita benar-benar yakin akan Dia..

This note makes me think back, how cruel i was saying that about him and the past because Allah dah takdirkan semua untuk kita. Jgn kita mempertikaikannya.

Another thing is this video. This video also makes me feel grateful and i know that what the decision was about is based on a good reason :)

Dalam usrah semalam fatin belajar,

'Kalau kita mencintai Allah lebih daripada segalanya, maka kita akan dapat mencintai ramai orang'

Maksudnya, first we have to put our LOVE to Allah, then bila tu dah tercapai, maknanya tiada lagi rasa benci kt siapa2, semua org pon kita sayang dgn ikhlas~

Yes it will be a lot of effort and plenty of time to do that, we just have to try and put our faith in it.

No human being will not feel sad when they're heartbroken. It's normal to be sad and hurt but the most important thing is I realized that this is the best for me,Allah had showed me the way and i know that He loves me :)

Lama fatin tak update. sorry la busy sbb ada Sechenov Intervarsity Games 2011. It's a sports event involving Malaysian students all over Russia. I'm one of the committee, bahagian media. I need to make a report for MHI TV3. Patutnya semalam masuk but then ada problem with our video. cannot be sent to them. Insya Allah 20.4.2

011 (Rabu) around 7 am kot, i'll be on air thru a phone call. tak sure lg la, biasa la kdg2 ade last minute change kn? hee

Ouh kenapa my title cmtu? OPENING A NEW PAGE? Because i've learned a lesson of life about HEART. and i'll try to be a better person :)

Today CUTI! smpai hari khamis. WHY? because 20th April is Hitler's birthday and we, the foreigners are advised to stay at home sbb kang ade pulak kena belasah ke ape kan. u know? Ade je berita past years foreigner kena bunuh but not Malaysian la. So that's why :)

Next week will be a busy week. with the performance and ade colloq (test) jgk. hmm..so this week kena spend dgn baik, ok?! hehe

Just nak update about the season now. i think it's officially spring now. but not all of the snow has disappeared. hee the temperature too, no more negatives except for maybe at night and early in the morning.

Yes the day is getting longer and the night is getting shorter. Currently subuh pukul 0445 and maghrib pukul 2019. and is getting late day by day. Nanti summer laagi lah lambat. maghrib kol 10mlm. haa~ nasib baik puasa kt Malaysia insya Allah. hee

I got PE class today~ first time ni i entered the gym. my friends da beberapa kali la jugak. i was soo excited! coz i really like to go to the gym.

Yg paling best td bila lecturer tu taught me how to correct my posture with exercises using dumbbells coz fatin ni suka jalan agak bongkok sikit. tahpape kn. tp x involuntary laa~ hihi

PE class? Yup! We do have PE class! here it is called FIZKULTURA. Memang sangat malas nak pergi but kena pergi gk, kalau tak, tak dapat zachut then tak bole sit for exams. haa~ so terpaksa. da la kene jalan jauh nk g klas tuh! huh!

Well yesterday we went to our PE class n sampai2 je nmpak the russian students were skiing! so we're like wow! bestnya! nak jugak! so then me and fiqah asked our lecturer. we were in the pingpong court. so here goes,

"Mi hatim igrat.....vot!" (sambil tunjuk kt luar tingkap-xtau what's ski in russian) -"kami nak main.....tuh!"

pastu lecturer tu cm x phm, fiqah pulak g bwt gaya org main ski.haha COMEL

then dye paham. tp dye ckp kena pakai elok2,tebal2, seluar

pe sume kn. then ktorg dua2 tunjuk ktorg pakai long john,then dye pon bagi! wee~ hehe

Hari ni fatin nak cite about our Physio class yesterday, our experiment : PNEUMOGRAPHY- Recording of Normal Respiratory Movements, Reflectory Apnoea and Reflectory Hyperpnoea.

What's Apnoea and Hyperpnoea?

Apnoea- absence of breathing (we don't breath)

Hyperpnoea- increased breathing (we breath rapidly and deeply)

So this experiment is to see the reflex of the patient when he voluntarily stop breathing and when he voluntarily breath rapidly and deeply. Well, it's interesting know because we used an interesting device called kymograph, stethograph and tambour.

Here's Ria setting up the graph paper on the device,kymograph.

Below is our patient, Jun Yi Kow and most to the right is our lecturer E.G Ionkina setting up.

Here, can you see the capillary writing lever on the graph paper recording the patient's movement of chest when he breathes. Jun Yi Kow is wearing the stethograph on his chest.

And tadaa!~ The result.

1) Yang tinggi melampau after a long line was when he stop breathing for a while and then breathe again, see deep inhalation (hperventilation/hyperpnoea)-the reflectory apnoea.

2) Then the patient is asked to breath normally and after some time he is asked to breathe deeply and rapidly. and what happen after that? hypopnoea/hypoventilation- see the graph, first tinggi2 then kontot2 kn? - the reflectory hyperpnoea

3) the final graph (paling kanan) is when the patient is singing.hihi

So there you go. Menarik kan? sbb cm manual. zaman moden skg mesti la da guna computer kan? How about u guys out there yg study tempat lain? Malaysia? Do you guys use this device as well? Mana tau ade device lain ke.hee..share la~

But the temperature is quite low actually : -2 but it's increasing though. wee~

Ok this is the dean's building where we have our russian classes. Yang kt blakang tu PEKTOPAT, we pronounce it as REKTORAT. I think it's our rector's office. Bole agak la kan? hihi

Ni time nak blk. that's the time before we got into the metro heading home. yg 1.23 tu the time this metro took to arrive after the previous metro. best kan? hee

Oh n we arrived at our station at 1746. so bole kira bape jauh uma ktorg. takde la jauh sgt kn.

Siapa kak long kat sini? Susah tak jd kak long? hmm..

Me myself am a kak long. Tak tau la sebab i ni sensitif sgt ke ape but i can't stand being ignored being hated, annoyed by my own adik-adik. Well rasa cm semua pon cmtu kn, kalau tak maybe special case la.

My adik-adik:

Yeay! da cukup 5 org! :)

You know, having FOUR lovely adik-adik always make me think about them. Wherever i go, bila beli utk sorg ni, kena la fikir lg 3 org tu kan..You have to be ADIL. Harga pon kena tgk gak, kang jd cmni :

'Mana aci! Angah punya lg mahal!'

yeah~that will happen.

Fyi, i, the kak long selalu kena buli oleh adik-adik. Firstly because i'm much shorter than them. Drpd ktorg 5 org, I'm the 4th. uhuh~ Biasa lah tu, xde la nk amek hati kn. lagipun diorg ni budak2 lg. tp kadang-kadang deep inside i feel so sad. Penah je i cried and they saw me cried n they said sorry. I know they didn't mean it but then maybe i'm just too sensitive?

I always wanted the best for them. I know how we teenagers can be so rebel kn? But as a kak long, kena la tunjuk contoh yg baik. Bagi nasihat. Haa bila dah bg nasihat, ada yg x dpt terima. merajuk pulak. Pastu da x layan along. Pegi kt kawan-kawan pulak. Mane along x sedih sampai nangis2. Mcm la xtaw along ni sensitif. Along da tegur blk pon x layan jugak. fine.

Mama n daddy suka ckp 'along tu along ni, tgk cm along tu baik ikut ckp'. Pastu korg mesti x suka kan? along tau..dah tu ingat senang ke bg along?

Bila along blk malaysia, smpai2 je KLIA semua pon suke kn? Mama selalu ckp korg rindu sgt kat along, selalu ingat kt along. Along tawu korg semue syg along :')

I pray to Allah hoping that ALL my adik-adik will be insan yg berguna, hamba Allah yg bertakwa mendapat keberkatan hidup dan keredhaan-Nya. Aminn..

See..susah tak jd kak long? challenging. But without you guys i feel lonely. That's why bila korg ignore along, along nangis coz i feel like i have no one else.

That's how MEANINGFUL my adik-adik are to me in my life.

Okey hari ni fatin nak share ngn korg some piece of my life here..

Kol 9 ada klas 'History of Medicine'. Then kol 11 lbey nk g klas 'Physiology'. So malas nk jalan jauh g metro, naik la bas. Naik bas pon 15 minit je pon. Tp bas dye dtg at certain time je.

So, the next bus kol 12 then lari lah cepat2 g bus station. then tunggu punya tunggu xde pon bas (kene naik bas 64).

So dtg la bas no. bpe tah,naik. bole je naik tp susah cket kena tukar2 (x mcm bas 64).

Akhirnya drpd 15 min jd 45 min. hmmphh~

Tapi~ sempat amek gmba! ktorg ramai2 taw td.mcm rombongan je.hehe

ni konon nk tunjuk tgn beku,jadi merah tp x nmpak la pulak.hmm xpe la.hihi

Then we arrived safely at Physiology class. And today we learned about RESPIRATION.

I did took some pictures when we're having a short break.

And then after class, sebelum balik solat asar dulu. yelah maghrib kn masuk awal. nk balik umah lak dekat sejam. cmne ktorg solat kt sini? haa~ cmni~ :) Bumi ni milik Allah..kt mane2 pon kte bole jadikan tempat solat :)

Hari ni start sem baru. Semangat! hee. ntah la.. tp mcm rase seronok sanad2 (nada gedik :p) hari ni..hee

Pg ade lecture start kol 10. lecture 1 jam. then ade PJ..(hmm..) haha..tp pegi jugak. for the sake of getting zachut (we have to get zachut, signature of our teachers for every subject in order to sit for finals). So td lecturer tu cakap kene dtg at least 10 KALI.. total 16 kali.. byk oh! haishh..malas btol nak PJ.kalau main bnde best takpe gk.ni asyik2 bola tampar je. bosan! sakit tgn! huh..hehe

I had a great time in Bali with my beloved family! Well, actually Bali is kinda not my type but ade la jugak activities yg fatin suke.

okay here's what i like during my stay in Bali.
- The cruise to Lembongan Island. We had snorkeling, banana boat in the middle of the sea. :D
- Elephant Safari. We did some fun activities with the elephants! they're just soo cute!
- The food! Nasi Padang! nyummy! well, there's not much of Halal food. and nak tawu tak? dekat sini famous food diorg- Babi guling! mana2 selalu nmpak sign tuh.

Yg fatin tak suka sgt Bali ni sbb dye cm tmpat org enjoy! ramai gile foreigners..org2 dye pulak cm taw la jenis yg party2, tattoo2..so cm agak rimas la.. Foreigners suka surf kt beach Bali ni.

But overall, it's a once in a lifetime experience kan. not everyone pernah smpai Bali. Alhamdulillah dapat tgk ciptaan-Nya di sini. :)

Lame da tak tulis. I'm in Malaysia right now. 22nd Jan hari tu smpai. but i'm here for only 2 weeks.. Yeah sekejap kan? but it's okayy.. i will not waste a single second. hee

Oh did you guys heard about the bombing at Domodedovo International Airport in Moscow? I know! Bombing AGAIN? Ya Allah..i've just been there on Friday and on Monday kena bomb. hmm.. here we go again. mereka akan pandang serong terhadap kami, Muslim. i kinda not like the feeling of being hated by people. Well who does? You know mase metro bombing last year in Moscow, after that incident semua org pon pndang ktorg cm ktorg ni pengganas. ade yg mencarut-carut lah, tengking2 lah 'asal ko dok kt negara aku ha??' you know things like that. Honestly it makes me feel sad. da la jauh dgn family pastu pulak kene benci ngn org sekeliling. Tapi, we have to be positive. I'm sure if we're in their shoes pon we'll be cautious right? We have to be strong. Allah is always with us :)

Ok now, my EATING story in Malaysia. Serius, fatin rezal makan banyak gila. Teringin nak makan benda tuh, makan je. tak pk dua kali dah. hee

Xpe la kann, kat Moscow mane ade..Lagipun, fatin ada ikut mama pergi gym td.. hee baru skali la tapi.. hehe
TAPI, mama lagi mantap! fatin dah penat, mama tak bertenaga lagi. aiyoyo.. ape la.. i really need to workout more la..my stamina sgt lah teruk.

Salam semue~

Lame dah tak tulis. one week kann? well because fatin ade final for ANATOMY. O yeah..this subject is tough man! For one week, I've been studying everything that we learned in 3 sems! oh wow.. can you imagine how big my head gets filled in with all of this knowledge?? and yes for this whole week, kepala fatin rase cm sangat tegang! I can feel the tense in the house, anatomy books are everywhere! ade tuh one of my housemates study kt dapur! She just want to get more focus staying isolated kann. but yeah it was madness i should say?

So, last night, the night before our exam we discussed together in the living room and i got some shots of our madness.

We were lying everywhere on the carpet too and some slept on the couch. looks miserable huh?

The last time that i felt this kind of anxiety was when sitting for SPM. but i think this one is more scary!

Tapi alhamdulillah~ setelah berusaha dan berdoa, berkat doa family and kawan2, Allah permudahkan..

How does the anatomy final goes? So here let me tell you, but what about in Malaysia? maybe it's the same? i wonder~ hee

4. Oral (asked by lecturer 1 to 1)

But it depends on the lecturer too..every lecturer has their own ways. as for me, the lecturer didn't asked me for pointing.

Alhamdulillah it went well.

'The effort is what He sees'. I saw this on my friend's status on fb.

The marks that you get is not a big deal but the effort you put for it that counts and also the knowledge that you get.

Next on the 20th will be Histology and then i'm going home! wee~ miss my family soo much! :)

Oh well, it's almost 3.30 am now. i better go to sleep. everyone else da mimpi2 da. hee

But then i got Moscow. Masa pergi perjumpaan MARA tu rase sedey la gk sebenarnye sbb cm yg gi Moscow semue fatin tak kenal sgt. hmm~

Setelah setahun lebih hidup di Moscow bersama 13 org ni (MARA scholars) dan juge Mai (hee~)

kami menjadi raapat sgt! aah! SANGAT. Everytime we are together, i feel nothing but HAPPY! We got our rough and sad times too, everyone has right?

TAPI "Air kalau dicincang tidak akan putus", kan kan? :)

We always SHARE and help, comfort each other. yeah, kami seperti adik-beradik.

We are FAMILY. I don't know if you guys would believe this or not but..

Today I had anatomy test and alhamdulillah it was

ok. :)

Now it's holiday! 2010 is coming to the end now. 2011 is on his way.

Now the weather in moscow is very2 pretty and cold and snowy and icy. hee

After the test me and ain went to kinda 'celebrate' makan kt sushi..macam makan kt Msia!

We ate sushi (duh~) and ain ate mee tomyan while i ate mee seafood. kenyang~ nyummy!

The restaurant dekat je ngn rumah ktorg. and we snapped a few pics. :)

WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM

Salam~

Lately, i feel so serabut n clueless. I'm losing my focus n all. but, i'm the type who doesn't like to keep it to myself. i tell everyone i'm closed to! especially my family.

So, yesterday skype ngn family.n somehow i cried. I miss them soo much! Mama gave me a very good advise. She always do. 'Don't stress yourself on unnecessary things sayang~'

Angah (Akif Rezal) pon join2 jgk bg support. Daddy too. he was like 'cool man! cool!'..hehe

As for angah he said that his ustaz once told him:

'Hidup ni penuh dgn masalah, dunia ni sendiri masalah, so kte mmg x bole lari dr masalah.normal la along..just the matter of how we deal with it.ok?'

Yeah so when i'm feeling down first, i turned to Allah. I will open the Quran at random page n recite it. and somehow the verses that i read really are what i need. subhanallah,alhamdulillah~

and second, my family. i have no secret at ALL with my family. they give me comfort and i really love them soo much and i couldn't afford it if they kinda ignore me (my siblings la..yg boys tu.biase la kn). You guys tau kan along loves you and i know that u guys love me too but just u kinda not show it (:

And so i solved my problem and i'm feeling so much better right now. Thank you Allah~

Every problem has its own solution. For me, it's ok to cry and i don't regret crying last night in front of my family n even my friends saw me cried but the most important u just don't give up and try to find the solution. And try to share the problem like i did, don't keep it to yourself. ok?

Today we went to an indoor theme park ala2 time square..HAPPYLON!

Tak ramai org pon. if nk compare, time square lg byk rides la..but we enjoyed our day very much! byk main! happy! Ade rides yg extreme gile.terbalik badan tahap gaban.haha lagi.. tgk 5D short movie..

And i tried to get some soft toys from yg kene amek gune cangkuk tu..taw kn? masuk duet then move the cangkuk. 2 kali try! x dpt..huu sedeyy :(

But if nk tawu..most of them yg pegi sane average 10-12 thn.

Hari ni sgt panjang bagi fatin. kol 10 mlm baru smpai umah. Pagi td ade test physiology tp x pass completely lg, so next week kene sambung. Test kat sini oral, jwb depan lecturer.

tekan POST nih if nak tawu generally cmne sistem peperiksaan di Russia.

Td balik rumah,naik ape lg, naik metro (underground train). Fatin tgh duduk then nampak atuk..tua naa~ so fatin offer dye duduk tp dye ckp 'xpe lah, duduk'. so terus je la duduk blk. then ade lg sorg atuk masuk train, ksian tgk dye berdiri, smpairase nk nangis! hee

fatinrezal ni mmg senang simpati kt org, lagi2 atuk2 nenek2 yg jalan sorg2, lmbat2..ksian~

Pastu fatin bgn la,lgpun lg satu station je.

Tp tgk2 atuk tu pn nk keluar station sama.

Kalau korg nak tawu, golongan emas kt sini raajin sgt jalan2. yg tua kerepot cm da nazak pon jalan jgk! kadang2 terfikir gk 'ape la diorg ni jalan sejuk2 ni.dok umah kn lg bagus'..selalu je nmpak diorg kt mane2. yg keje pon ramai!

Atuk nenek ramai je yg keje! comel je..hee

Russians are very hardworking, they always have something to do. They don't like to do nothing. That's my opinion la. (:

Even my lecturers almost semua pon above 50 years old.

Fatin tak pernah rasa kasih sayang drpd seorang atuk. Atuk fatin dua-dua belah meninggal sebelum fatin lahir.. Sebab tu kot, bila fatin nmpk atuk, fatin rse cm happy!

This morning i'm supposed to have Anatomy class BUT there been expected a riot at 4pm near my class. So, we decided not to go.

What's the story??

Moscow police are on high alert after a major ultranationalist movement issued a call to arms for its followers in a potential face-off with gangs from Russia's predominantly-Muslim Caucasus.

The Movement Against Illegal Immigration (DPNI) called on Moscow women and children to stay at home and all ethnic-Russian men to arm themselves and come to the site of the potential mass brawl on December 15.

Rumours have been circulating on the Internet that a showdown between the ultranationalists and armed gangs from Russia's North Caucasus has been set up outside the Kievsky train station at 1600 Prague time on December 15.

O yes that's me in sari! for the first time! i like! hee

I turned 19 last sunday. Well it was a busy sunday for me and my friends.

We performed at an event Malam Apresiasi Kemanusiaan.

I received a lot of wishes on my Wall (fb), twitter, and also at my blog.heh

Wow! I'm so blessed with very lovely people around me :)

But, i waited for a birthday cake till 11 pm. no cake..

Then, suddenly my house-mates sang "Happy Birthday" with a very BIG CHOCOLATE cake! nyummy! yeay! i'm soo happy! finally a birthday cake! hee..

(thanks to Ihsan Rahim too for the cake :))

So, this is my finalteen. I hope to be more matured but i'm kinda scared too..thinking of all the responsibilities as i get older.right? hmm..I'll try my best to lead a better life and be a better person and paling penting untuk menjadi hamba-Nya yang lebih beriman dan bertakwa serta menambahkan bekalan amalan untuk akhirat kelak..insya Allah~ aminn~ :)

Teka today fatin blaja subject ape? every Thursday? yes! Histology :)

Our topic for today is Human Embryology.

So we learned and learned, watch slides and nearly to the end of the class,

our lecturer told us a story

on HOW to get a baby girl or boy.

First of all, this is just for fun and this theory is based on her explanation and if you guys want the exact information or to check this info you can make more researches by your own and do tell me if i'm wrong :)

p/s: After i finished writing this post, i searched for this fact and found this about X and Y sperms..hmm tp xpe la. Up to you guys. Just for fun kan :)

So, basically ovulation occurs on the 14th day.

Ok SPERMS. Sperms with Y-chromosome are smaller so they are faster but their life span is shorter than sperms with X-chromosome. While sperms with X-chromosome are bigger so they are slower compared to sperms with Y.

So from this info, which sperm will arrive first at the ovum? Y! and X will be later.

This is HOW you do it.

1) I wanna BOY!

- Do it right after ovulation because Y is fast and the probability to have a boy is big~

2) I wanna GIRL!

- Do it before ovulation because Y has a shorter life span than X so by the time ovulation occurs Y die and X move slower and then X will win!

We discussed on Surah Ali Imran verse 133-148.

We shared our thoughts, Kak Trah shared some knowledge,stories..yeah it was so much fun.

And fatin sangat tertarik dgn phrase Kak Trah ni "Usrah untuk budak jahat"

Usrah ni utk mengingatkan kite supaya iman kite sentiasa sihat,tak lalai drpd mengingati Allah.

Tak semestinya budak2 yg tak join usrah tu jahat, byk dosa.

Don't judge a book by it's cover kann..Allah memberi hidayah kepada sesiapa yang Dia kehendaki~

I'm excited to have that snow cap!!

Today the temperature was around -15 degree.. and well it was like SEJUK GILE!!

As i walked out from the door, everything was WHITE! hee~ but the snow was not so thick,

still at the beginning of the winter.

So, i looked at the snow and remembered something. A friend of mine Yana was jealous last year when i wrote azrul's name on the snow. While waiting for my other two friends, i grabbed a stick and wrote her name. hee

And ANOTHER friend of mine, Boyak asked me to write his name on the snow too..so i did it..BEKU kot tgn! jgn lupe nnt nk claim duit tiket train g UTP! hehe

Tadi pg fatin ade usrah..and one of our activities was watching this wonderful movie Laskar Pelangi. Indonesian movie. But we watched for only half an hour because kakak kakak ade klas. Have you guys ever heard of it? I only have heard the song.Dah lama dah..release date 2008. Mst korg da pernah tgk kan? Well,this is my first time :)

Basically this story shows that the basic education is actually our believe,our inner strength, showing good example, doing good deeds and most important is being clear on our way of life- Islam..

Very inspiring i can say..although tak tengok habis lagi.hee

yeah the title is kinda shitty huh? ish3 x baik btol la fatin nih..sabar2, let's read the story first.

I have two HANDSOME friends Shathiskumar and Siva Raja, I'm sure when you guys tgk diorg for the first time u'll go like 'Eh diorg ni muke gangster dow~' yeah,that was my first impression towards them last year when i first saw them. They're from group 16 and i'm from group 15. and group 15 plus 16 will always combined for classes. so,mmg salu jmpe la~ n we'll always kinda bully each other. cari pasal tak tentu pasal.together with ain too.. hee

So what about the GAY shit? Okey,so these two handsome men are ALWAYS together (aaa~so sweet~) They even sleep together.roomates..in the class they'll seat NEXT to each other. kalau ade org duduk sebelah one of them, mst kene HALAU. haha

n that's why i called them GAYS..together forever..and today i entered the classroom (histology-just Siva, Shathis, Reanu, Phankit) n said out loud 'HELLO GAYS!' n Siva just stand up and went to shut the door tutup lampu (bukannye gelap sgt pon.haha) n tolak2 me to the corner with his so-called serious face.so here comes the BULLY shit.hehe

Histology is the study of cells.

Every Wednesday i have lecture on histology right after physiology lecture. but the lectures are in different buildings,about 4 min walk. so,kne la pakai coat because it's chilly

(around -5 degree) outside.

Sampai2 je di bangunan histology, kami pun masuk lecture hall.masih memakai winter coat. Terus duduk.fuh! penatnye jalan! dgn naik tangga lagi..haha jantung berdegup kencang tanda penat. a few more minutes before the lecture starts.

Then, suddenly nurul ain sulaiman take out her camera. AND....

Ok so klas BIOCHEMISTRY pon da abes..jam menunjukkan pukul 5 lbih.da malam da..maghrib kol 4.12 td.tgh2 jalan menuju ke metro,nmpak la sign exchange rate. TINGGI r rate dye! untung neh..bergerak lah menuju ke tempat tukar duit tuh..then terus bg USD n dye bg RUBLES..ha?! nape cm sket?! then rupe-rupenye ade 5% commision..aiyoo! byk taw! dlm rm60..xtaw pulak ade gk commision2 neh..hmm..sebelum ni fatin biase tukar kt bank je. so mmg x penah la nk tnye.Tadi mmg bengang r kan.nangis cket la jugak.tahpape kan? ish mengade je..xpe2 dlm proses jd matang. :)
